strictly vinyl podcast 017: Oscar Schubaq

Oscar Schubaq: By cutting music to vinyl you get these harmonic distortions that you cannot get with digital music, which is much more pleasant to the human ear and is often described as "warmth" in the music. Besides that, it is also the biggest music format, that gives you the most space for designing artwork, which is very important to me as a graphic designer. A vinyl record is just a beautiful object to look at, with all the visual information that the grooves show. For this podcast I took the opportunity to make a special deep, trippy & upbuilding techno mix, something I wanted to do for a long time.
